CONCERTS

The 7th and 8th Grade Chorus and Concert Band featuring Guitar Ensemble will be performing their Winter Concert at the following days/times:

Tuesday,  December 9th at 9:30 am - student audience only 

Wednesday, December 10th at 9:30 am- student audience only 

   Wednesday, December 10th at 7:30 pm - family and friends audience   

Performers should wear their Strawberry Hill Music Department T-shirts and jeans or black pants. If students need to borrow a t-shirt, we have limited supply to lend which must be returned after the concerts. Please ask the teachers at least one week prior to the concert. 

Important information for the evening concert:

• Please park in the parking lot in the rear of the building and enter in the back of the school by the cafeteria. 

• Performers in 7th and 8th grade must arrive between 7:15-7:25 pm and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No one will be allowed to enter the school prior to 7:15 pm due to another performance taking place earlier that evening.

• Student performers should report to the following classrooms: 

Band students - Dr. Errico’s classroom (Room 140)

Guitar students - Mr. Jay’s classroom (Room 141) 

Chorus students - Mr. Jay’s classroom (Room 141)

In accordance with the Strawberry Hill Student Spectator Policy:

Students are only allowed at after school events if they are accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.  No child will be allowed to enter without an adult.

Guitar students - Ramp by Mr. Jay’s classroom (Room 141) 

Chorus students - Mr. Jay’s classroom (Room 141)

We are requesting that all 5th and 6th grade performers and their parents exit the school following the performance to make space for our 7th & 8th grade performers and audience for their concert at 7:30 pm.
