Find an adult in your life to talk to. It might be a parent, aunt, uncle, grandparent, or teacher. They may not have the answer, but it could help to know someone is on your side.
What do you like to do for fun? Read? Listen to music? Exercise? Keep a list to remind yourself.
Eat well. Drink water. Get good sleep. Exercise. Go outside for some fresh air. All of these things can help to lift your mood.
