This is my eleventh year teaching at Rogers International School, after retiring from the Connecticut Army National Guard as a Colonel with 32 years of service in 2014. I served in Operation IRAQI FREEDOM in 2004 as the commander of a 500 soldier medical battalion. I am a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute (Bachelors of Arts, History), Southern Connecticut State University (Masters of Arts, History) and the US Army War College (Masters of Strategic Studies). My wife, Lisa recently retired as the Assistant Director of Early Childhood Education in Stamford. We have two daughters, Katelyn, a Special Education teacher in the NYC school system and Claire, a senior at the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.
