When this assignment was given to me, I didn’t know what to do. I don’t know a lot of famous people who changed the world! So, I looked up famous people and found a girl named Malala Yousafsai. She fought for girl’s rights to go to school and made the world see the difference between girls and boys, women and men. The Taliban shot her trying to silence her, but when they did, millions spoke out for her. I was fascinated by this and decided that I needed to use her for my report. I used books and the Internet and learned new things every day. I worked hard and made a Photo Story presentation with all of my research. The hardest part was finding all of the research to put this report together. The best part about it overall was the voice recording. I feel that I did an amazing job overall and would like to do this again sometime. It was exciting to learn about new people and I had fun. I am looking forward to sharing this research report with my friends and family. Thank you Mrs. Yakes and Mrs. Cunningham for helping me through this process.
