Welcome to the official website of St. Albert Firefighters, IAFF Local 2130.

We are proud members of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), the leading voice for professional firefighters and paramedics across North America. With over 360,000 members, the IAFF continues to drive progress in firefighter safety, training, emergency medical services, and legislative advocacy at all levels of government.

Serving St. Albert Since 1910

Operating from three fire stations, we provide 24/7 fire suppression, emergency medical services, fire & ems dispatch and prevention and education to the citizens of St. Albert. With a minimum of 22 frontline personnel, including one Platoon Chief, and one Dispatcher on duty at all times, we ensure rapid, professional response to every emergency.

Our members are highly trained professionals who serve as both firefighters and cross-trained Primary and Advanced Care Paramedics. We operate two City-contracted ambulances while maintaining Advanced Life Support (ALS) capabilities on all fire engines. This integrated model allows us to deliver high-quality medical care on every call, whether it is a medical emergency or a fire incident.
