About Us

The Stafford High School Dance Team is the school-based dance team for Stafford High School in Fredericksburg, VA. They have a Varsity team that performs a variety of styles throughout the year at SHS football and basketball games, as well as local events, and compete in the EDA National Dance Competition in Myrtle Beach, SC.
