Battle of the Books

The Battle of the Books program is an academic competition between the eight (8) SCPS middle schools. The program is open to all 6th - 8th grade students.

Students are required to read fifteen (15) pre-selected books and attend practice sessions. Before the final competition, twelve (12) team members will be selected to represent SMS.
