Instructions:

Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics will upload their students’ most recent VHSL physical to ensure eligibility for participation.  Any physical dated on or after July 1, 2025, must use the new physical form (2025 VHSL Physical Form).  We have simplified this process through online digital registration.

Please follow these steps:

• Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family).

  • • • You may create your account by clicking here.

• Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).

• If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at registration@arbitersports.com or call us at 800-311-4060.

• Complete your pre-participation registration:

• Select the Pre-Participation for Athletics 2025-2026 program from the Colonial Forge Registration Site.

• Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.

The athletic registration will allow you to select the sports you wish to participate in for each season of the 2025-2026 school year. You may register for sports by visiting the Colonial Forge Registration Site.
