Each entry must be the original work of one student, created specifically for this year’s Reflections theme, and follow the applicable category rules.
Stafford Middle School PTA invites students to participate in Reflections, the National PTA arts program that encourages them to explore their creativity and share their unique stories.
This year’s theme is “What My Culture Means to Me.” Students are invited to create an original work inspired by what culture means to them, their traditions, community, family, identity, experiences, or personal perspective.
Students may submit work in one or more of these six categories:
Dance Choreography
Film Production
Literature
Music Composition
Photography
Visual Arts
Create an original work inspired by the theme “What My Culture Means to Me.”
Complete the Student Entry Form and artist statement. The artist statement is an important part of the entry and should explain how the student’s work relates to the theme.
Confirm PTA membership. The participating student or at least one person from the student’s primary household must be a current Stafford Middle School PTA member.
Turn in the artwork, completed entry form, and artist statement to Stafford Middle School PTA by the deadline below. For submission arrangements, contact us.
