Students are always encouraged to use the bathroom during recess to minimize interruption to learning time. Students get 3-4 bathroom passes each month to use during class time. After these free passes are used, students will then be held accountable for missed class time. Students will always be allowed to use the bathroom during class, but we build in the responsibility of not using it as an excuse to leave class unnecessarily.
