Dear Parents/Guardians, if your child/children will be attending "In-Person School," you will need to complete a wavier. Please review the parent letter and than click on the link below. This will take you a page run by DocuSign that will allow you to sign the waiver electronically. You will also be given the option of saving or printing the signed waiver for your records.
