Academic Planning Worksheet
This two-page worksheet helps students and caregivers plan high school courses over multiple years. Students can start by choosing their senior-year courses—based on career interests, post-secondary goals, and strengths—and then work backward to plan required prerequisites. The worksheet can also be used year by year to make sure students meet graduation, NCAA, or other requirements.
