Senior Exit Survey & Final Transcript Request

Information regarding the required Senior Survey (via Google Form) can be found below starting May 1st  AND will also be emailed to students. Students are asked to complete this by May 15. Reminders will be communicated via Google Classroom for the Class of 2026.

This is a required activity that is designed to gather information regarding the senior’s fall of 2026 plans, the commencement program, and the final transcript request.
