- Be your best you! Show high levels of self-respect & respect for others! Remember the "Golden rule" to treat others the way you expect to be treated! Please & Thank You matter!
- Build positive relationships!  How much does it cost you to be a great person? Build positive relationships w/ your classmates, teachers, administrators, counselors, overall staff, etc... Don't burn bridges because you never know when you may need support in order to move forward in life!
- Be Prepared + Punctual + Present for ALL of your classes! Great attendance is a major element in the secret formula of success. Chromebooks charged nightly & returned back to school ready for instruction! 100% assignment completion! Develop positive life-skills now that will help you live your best life!
- Be present & own your learning in class! Don't wait to be educated! Take the initiative to be a lead learner in all of your classes! It's your education - Treat yourself, don't cheat yourself!
- Get involved in a club, activity, performing arts or athletics! Do something great to leave your legacy throughout the MSDLT/Belzer community! Â
- Avoid distractions & inappropriate actions!  In other words, put your cell phones out of site & out of mind - Focus on your future not your followers! Teachers control all technology matters in their respective classrooms - No exceptions. Avoid horse playing at all cost! Horse playing often leads to someone getting their feelings hurt & reacting by making poor decisions to engage in inappropriate actions that are not tolerated at Belzer Middle School! You are at school to learn not horse play or hurt others. Keep your hands & unwarranted words to yourself. YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
- Advocate for yourself! Speak up & ask for support when you need it! We are here to support & serve!
- Practice BEAR P.R.I.D.E.! Personal Responsibility In Daily Effort! No Excuses, just growth!
- Find your WHY: What do you enjoy doing? What are your goals? What steps do you need to take in order to demonstrate growth & or mastery?
- Have Fun the Belzer Way! This is our house, let's make it great!
