Juniors and Seniors from Lawrence Central and Lawrence North with a 3.0 Cumulative GPA or Higher will have the opportunity to go on The MSD of Lawrence Township Fall Break HBCU College Tour. The dates of the tour are Sunday, October 18, 2026, through Thursday, October 22, 2026.
To receive the application packet for the Fall Break HBCU College Tour, parents and students must attend ONE of the Fall Break HBCU College Tour Informational Meetings.
The Fall Break HBCU College Tour Informational Meeting Dates are Monday, August 17th at 6:30pm at Lawrence Central in the Senior Cafeteria (please enter through Door 11) and Thursday, August 20th at 6:30pm at Lawrence North in the Senior Cafeteria (please enter through Door 37}. You only must attend ONE meeting at either school. Application packets will ONLY be given out at these meetings.

The CLD Annual College Prep Conference & College Fair is an event designed to give students and parents throughout Indiana a comprehensive understanding of the entire college readiness process. In collaboration with college and university administrators, CLD will expose students and parents to the many opportunities that a college education can offer through informative sessions.
This conference will provide resources for youth and parents to help change behavior and values while guiding them to a self-directed path that will help them achieve in high school, enroll in and graduate from college, build character, and become successful leaders in their career choice.
The conference is from 9:00am – 3:00pm. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW AND COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORM BY 7PM on AUGUST 13th, if you are interested in attending the CLD College Prep Conference & College Fair on August 22nd. If you are selected, I will meet with you on Friday, August 14th to complete the registration form.
