WHAT IS ARENA SCHEDULING? 

Arena scheduling is an approach in which students have a specific window of time to select the classes they want to take in the periods they want to take them. The process is completed online in Skyward student access.  Like college course registration, class seats are determined on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. So, those students who engage in the process are more likely to get the classes in the periods that they want them.  It is important to note that sometimes adjustments to schedules built during Arena Scheduling must be made due to unavoidable master schedule and staffing changes.
