Dear Donald Dolphins,

I'm Mrs. Ramsey, and I am absolutely thrilled to be your school counselor. It's a dream come true for me, and I can't wait to embark on this exciting journey with all of you!

I am an LISD graduate and have been a teacher for over twenty years. I earned my Bachelor's in Education from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene and my Master's in School Counseling from Sul Ross State University in Alpine.  Most of my teaching experience has been within LISD. However, I have also taught in West Texas and Australia.  

On a personal note, I am happily married with two beautiful children. My daughter is going into seventh grade, and my son is going into fifth grade. We also have two Goldendoodle dogs, whom we love dearly.  

When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading books, knitting blankets, and catching up with friends over a cup of coffee. I look forward to sharing more about my interests and getting to know each of you this year!
