Coach
Role
Subject matter expert lending skills to teach specific portion of the curriculum
Teach in the classroom for length of module. Times range from 8:20 am - 11:25 am.
Supported with teacher tools and training

Excited to work with students and share their knowledge
Corporate or Entrepreneurial experience
Mentor
Role
Offer an individual student team strategic guidance and wisdom
Weekly communication with student team
Relationship begins in early September
One mentor needed per student group

Patience and willingness to serve as guide to teens

Board of "Investors"
Role
Offer teams strategic evaluation at Pitch events
Two in-class events: MVP Pitch (Jan/Feb) and In-Class Pitch (April/May)
Pitch Night Competition (late May)
Decision makers on funding for MVP and final business investment
May serve as founding donors to program as well
Characteristics
Experience running a business
Entrepreneurial background helpful
