School counselors understand that each child is different. Some students just need someone to listen to their concerns, whereas others may need help in developing problem solving and decision making skills. Whatever the concern, the school counselor is there to listen to your child and to help your child to feel safe and comfortable within the middle school.
OUR MISSION
The Briarhill Middle School Counseling Program empowers students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally by fostering self-advocacy, wellness, and real-world learning in a safe and supportive environment.

Graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, Arkadelphia, AR with a degree in Elementary Education and a Masters in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Mrs. Bonner joined our staff in 2022.
