I am so excited to be teaching 3rd grade this year and to teach the subjects I most love, READING and WRITING!! I know it is going to be a fantastic year. I wanted to tell you a little about myself and let you know that my door is always open. My hope is that through open communication we can work together to make this a successful year for all of my students.
My husband and I have been married for twenty-six years and currently live in Corinth. We have two daughters, Ashley (24), Reagan (21) and a son Andrew (8). We also have three very spoiled and beloved dogs, Lexi, Ranger and Lucky.
On a professional note, I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor degree in interdisciplinary studies. I have been teaching for twenty-seven years and this is my seventeenth year at Valley Ridge. I have taught 2nd grade, 3rd grade and 4th grade. One of my passions in life is reading, so I am very happy to be able to teach reading to so many students. One of my main goals this year is to instill the love of reading so that all of my students become lifelong readers.
I am looking forward to a very successful year with your children. Remember, if you ever have any questions or concerns, you can contact me by email. Thank you in advance for your support!
Hello! My name is Sara Hardin. I am so excited to be your child's 3rd grade teacher this year! I will be teaching Writing, Reading, Spelling, and Social Studies and I am looking forward to a wonderful and successful year!
A little about myself...
I grew up in Laredo, Texas. After graduating from high school, I attended The University of Texas in Austin, where I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Secondary Physical Education and Health. After 6 years of teaching and coaching middle school students, I decided to get my elementary certification and have never looked back.
This is my 21st year, teaching at Valley Ridge, starting my 27th year of teaching overall. I am so honored to be your child's teacher. I look forward to working together with you and your child. It's going to be an amazing year.
Hi there! My name is Christina Radoyevich and I am so excited to be your child’s 3rd grade teacher! I would like to share a little about myself. I received my bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Elementary Education and my master’s degree from Lamar University in Educational Administration. This will be my 11th year teaching. I have taught 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade as well as physical education in Houston. I moved back to the DFW area three years ago to be closer to family. I am an aunt to two crazy twin two year olds. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, friends, playing all types of sports, watching movies, and traveling. I can’t wait to work with you in accomplishing your child’s goals! :)
