Please ensure that BOTH the Instructor Monitoring Tool and the Instructor Renewal Check-List form are filled out and sent in with ALL Instructor monitoring sessions.
ALL Instructor cards will be processed after the $20 affiliation fee and the $7 card fee has been received by Nash Community College (please inform the instructors of this when you complete the monitoring session).
