託児サポート利用案内

RubyKaigi 2024 ナーサリースポンサーの STORES は、お子様のいる方の参加をサポートするため、託児サポートを提供します。
ご利用は無料です。RubyKaigi 2024参加者（スピーカー・スタッフ含む）にご利用いただけます。
お申し込み期限は3/31（日）23:59です。お申し込みが上限人数に達した場合、先着順になります。
※RubyKaigi 申込時のアンケートを基準として、余裕を持った上限人数を設定しています。お気軽にお申し込みください。5/16（木）は美ら海水族館に行くアクティビティを実施します。参加ご希望のお子様は下記より詳細をご確認の上、事前予約フォームより「アクティビティへの参加」欄にてお知らせください。
＜託児サービス詳細＞
お預り年齢: 0歳（首すわり完了 生後3・4ヶ月頃）～12歳
お預り時間: 5/15（水）〜17（金） のRubyKaigi 全日 9:00〜18:00
※RubyKaigiのスケジュールに合わせて時間調整が入る場合があります
託児サービス：ワールドキッズさまに委託予定です。

費用：無料（STORES がナーサリースポンサーとして費用負担）

STORES 株式会社のプライバシーポリシー、ワールドキッズ（ティーアールピージャパン株式会社）の利用規約をご確認の上、事前予約フォームより3/31（日）23:59までにお申し込みください。

事前予約の結果、利用可となった場合、事前予約フォームとは別に、ベビーシッターサービスの申込書の記入と規約への同意が必要となります。

Childcare service announcement
STORES, the Nursery Sponsor for RubyKaigi 2024, will provide childcare support to facilitate participation from families with children. If you are interested, please review the details below along with the terms of use and apply via the application form.
The service is free of charge and available to RubyKaigi 2024 participants (including speakers and staff).
The application deadline is March 31st (Sunday) 23:59 JST. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum capacity is reached. The capacity is based on the question during the conference registration with some margin so we believe we can accommodate enough children. Please don’t hesitate to apply if you need a childcare.
On May 16th (Thursday), we will have an activity to go to Churaumi Aquarium. If your child(ren) would like to participate, please check the details below and let us know in the ``Activity Participation'' section of the advance reservation form.
<Childcare Service Details>
Age accepted: From 0 years old (able to hold head up, approximately 3-4 months old) to 12 years old
Service hours: May 15th to 17th 9:00 to 18:00; all day during RubyKaigi
*Hours may be adjusted according to the RubyKaigi schedule
Childcare service: Planned to be arranged with World Kids. https://worldkids-okinawa.com/
Childcare location: Planned at facilities near the venue(NAHart).
Fee: Free of charge (sponsored by STORES)

You will receive confirmation from the STORES childcare support team within 7 days regarding availability. If you do not receive a response within 7 days, please contact rubykaigi2024-childcare@st.inc .

In addition to this application, we will also request completion of a separate application form and sign agreement to its terms and conditions.
