There will be a 'sign up' sheet, for those who wish to take part in the First Holy communion and Confirmation Programmes, at the back of the church from this weekend.

The children had a wonderful time and were back in school just in time for the end of the day. They now have the weekend to rest, recover and remember the great time that they had.

This week we celebrated European Language Day and Kuljinder in the kitchen came up trumps again, with a marvellous selection of food for the children. The kebabs were amazing!

Due to the busy start to the year most of our After School Clubs will commence after the Half Term Break.

However the Football League will begin on 3rd October and the Recorder and Before School Tennis Clubs are up and running already.

World's Biggest Coffee Morning

We postponed our World's Biggest Coffee Morning until next Friday 4th October. We are supporting Macmillan Cancer Support and would like any donations of cakes etc. to sell to raise money. We will be selling Hot Chocolate to the children for 50p per drink, which will also go towards supporting Macmillan. The children need to bring in a mug and 50p and to make the day even more special they may wear their pyjamas!

We would strongly recommend purchasing non branded items, such as trousers, skirts, shirts, blouses, socks and shoes from supermarkets or other clothing retailers, many of whom will be having return to school sales. We will be carrying out regular uniform checks over the course of the year.
