Summer Admin Request 

Please log into Arbor at some point before your child returns to school in the September and ensure we hold up to date information for your child.

Please check:

1. Home addresses

2. Parental and emergency contacts – phone number and email

3. Other adults authorised to collect your child (We will no longer be collecting this on a Google form)

4. GP contact details

5. Check medical conditions and dietary requirement information is accurate

6. All parental consents are either given or declined, ensure nothing is left empty.

Changes to Our School Uniform and PE Kit Suppliers 

We are moving our sports kit provision to Dolphin House who is our current uniform provider, their shop is based in East Twickenham.

You will only be able to order PE kit from Halbro’s online shop until 31st July. After this you should order sports kit directly from Dolphin House.

We will be introducing a second uniform supplier in the new year (2027)

Stationery Donations

Thank you so very much to our kind supporters who have brought in stationery supplies so far or used ParentPay to contribute towards our stationery supplies. We are incredbly greatful!

If you would like to donate towards additional stationery, we have two options:

• Please contribute to the ‘Stationery Contribution Pot’ on Parent Pay

• Alternatively, we have created an Amazon wishlist with items we need across the school. We would welcome children to bring items into the school office to share with their class.

• Please note the school will be closed for deliveries over the summer.
