Tickets

Tickets will be on sale until Wednesday 21 Jan, to ensure ratios are correct and all allergy/medical information is collected, for this reason tickets will NOT be available on-the-day. Click on the button above to buy yours.

No swapping tickets please - this makes it hard for us to keep track of who's there.

Drop off and Pick up

Drop off 

• Please collect your child as normal 

• Remember to let the school know if another parent is collecting your child from school

• Every single child must be checked in to the school hall (Chertsey Rd entrance) at the start of their alloted disco time (see above). Please let the volunteer at Silent Disco check-in know if another responsible adult will be collecting your child.

•  If you use Stars, please give them permission via stars@ email to collect your child from school and the Disco (if the disco finishes before their Stars session ends).

•  Children are welcome to wear their own clothes.  

Pick up 

• All children must be collected by a responsible adult. 

• Please ensure that your child knows who is collecting them and please make sure you are on time. We are running 3 discos back-to-back for 330 children on Friday and need the change-over time to prepare for the next session & avoid delays

Any dietaries or medicals, these should have been declared at ticket purchase. Any questions please ask your Class rep.
