Last week we welcomed Deer Park School for our opening league fixture. The team did not disappoint - achieving a resounding 13-1 victory. We were so close to a complete performance with nearly everyone scoring at least one try. Well done Isla, Alana, Sassy, Seb, Freddie, Oli, Ali, Alexander and Eli.
This week we travelled to St Elizabeth's Catholic Primary School for our second fixture of the season. Following on from our first performance, we notiched up a 13-0 win. It was one of the best performances I've witnessed since arriving at St Stephen's. We played so well, I am sure no team would have beaten us on the day. Every single member of the team could have been named 'player of the match.' Well done Seb, Isla, Ali, Sassy, Eli, Oli, Alexander and Freddie.
It is a joy to work along our corridors, bedecked with wonderful work by are children. Take a look ...
ADDY'S BROOCH IS 'SEW' LOVELY!
We love showing you the handiwork of our young crafters. Here is Addy, proudly displaying a felted, lion brooch she made in Sewing Club. Well done Addy.
During lessons we regularly check for understanding by getting our children to display answers on whiteboards. This enables our staff to quickly monitor and assess for next steps.
