Opening Prayer

Begin by finding a comfortable, quiet place to be to begin this retreat! For the opening prayer, we are going to begin with a song. Listen carefully to the words and to the music. Pay attention to what you hear. And after you have listened to the music, answer the following questions:
What are some of the words that you heard in the song?
How do you think those words connect with Holy Communion?
What do you think it means that Jesus is at the center of our heart?
