 I was blessed to land my first teaching position at SCS fresh out of college. That same year, I met my husband during a D.A.R.E. graduation! I taught fourth grade for a few years, & then served the first through fourth graders as the Reading/Math Resource Teacher. Later, I taught 3rd grade in Burlington Central (D301). After my fourth baby, I was blessed to stay home with my little ones for a few years. 

My children (Brooklyn, Georgia, Eli, & Chiara) are all alumni and/or current SCS Spartans! I wholeheartedly believe in CATHOLIC education, and I believe SCS is the best school around because of the dedicated staff, strong school community, and our hardworking students. I am the school's biggest cheerleader!📣

Now, that my children are a little older, I am THRILLED to be back at SCS as the middle school ELA teacher. I also have to great opportunity to teach 6th grade Religion. Reading is one of my favorite subjects. My favorite part of being an ELA teacher is engaging in AMAZING texts with my students & seeing them grow as a well-rounded LEARNER in all aspects of education because of their exposure to quality literature!
