CAST & CREW BIOS

Chloe Benardete (Cady) Chloe is a senior and is so excited to be in her 5th St. Stephen’s production! She has had a blast working on this show and really hopes you enjoy it! She wants to thank Ms. Brustein and Mrs. Oberle for literally everything, and she wants to tell her cast mates that she’s, like, in love with them or something, and it is, indeed, their fault.


Casey Maina (Janis) Casey is so excited to be performing in her third St. Stephen’s musical. She would like to thank this amazing cast and her amazing director Ms. Brustein. She is so excited for you to see this show. She hopes you enjoy it!


Mars Fifield (Damian) Mars is a freshman and is super excited to be making his debut on the St. Stephen’s stage. In his free time, he enjoys reading, baking, taking care of his friends, and sleeping. Although many a nap were sacrificed for this amazing experience, Mars couldn’t be more thankful for everything the wonderful cast and crew have done for him. Break a leg!


Ella Kim (Regina) Ella is a junior and so thrilled to be a part of her third St. Stephen's musical. She loves this show and can't believe she gets to play THE Regina George. She would like to thank the cast and creative team for a truly amazing experience—she wouldn't have made it through tech week without them!


Lily Kling (Karen) Lily is a sophomore at St. Stephen's and she couldn't be happier that you came to watch our show. This is her second show in Helm Theater, and she hopes there will be more to come! She's had a blast with all the cast, choreo, and chaos, and she hopes you love it all just as much as her.


Lizzie Ahlgren (Gretchen) Lizzie is a sophomore at St. Stephen's, and she is very excited to be in her 4th upper school production! She has absolutely loved working on Mean Girls for the past 4 months, and discovering Gretchen as a character has been the highlight of her year. She would like to thank the amazing cast and crew, and she hopes you think the show is as fetch as she does!


Christopher Aung (Aaron) Christopher is a senior lifer and thrilled to be in the cast of Mean Girls! This is his fifth St. Stephen’s production. He’s had a blast working on the show and would like to thank the cast & crew for all their support. He hopes you enjoy the show!


Nicholas Chen (Kevin G.) Nick. The name ripples through your heart. Nicholas Chen; that’s right, who’s now a senior, who started humbly as John Dashwood, then Demetrius in Midsummer and Chiron in Lightning Thief, now starring Kevin G. for Mean Girls. Suddenly, you feel a presence to your left. You could’ve sworn it was Nicholas, nodding in approval. “Enjoy the show,” you hear. Maybe it was just the wind.


Amanda Bell (Ms. Norbury) Amanda is a senior and very excited to be finishing her St. Stephen’s career on a high note. She would like to give a shoutout to Ms. Eskridge for role-modeling, being a great calculus teacher, and for being her real-life Ms. Norbury. She loves this cast, crew, and director and wants to assure parents that teenage girls aren’t actually this horrible in real life.


Mia Harrington (Mrs. George) Mia Harrington is peeking out from behind backstage and acting in her first musical at St. Stephen's. She has previously acted in Sense and Sensibility and A Midsummer Night's Dream, as well as doing hair and makeup for Beauty and the Beast and The Lightning Thief. This will be her final production in her high school theater career, and she couldn’t be more proud of the work and performances of every member of the cast.


Tyra Lovell (Principal Duvall) Tyra is a senior who is very excited to be in her first and last high school musical. She began her St. Stephen’s theater career as Tiny Tim in the A Christmas Carol radio play, and she recently was Ms. White in Clue. She hopes that everyone enjoys the show, and she welcomes you to North Shore High!


Lily Felger (Mrs. Heron/Ensemble) Lily is so excited to be acting in her first St. Stephen’s production! She has had so much fun putting together this show, and she wants to thank Ms. Brustein, Dr. Shattles, Mrs. Oberle, and all her lovely friends in the cast. She hopes you enjoy the show!


Caroline Valdes (Ensemble/Dance Capitan) Caroline is a senior and finishing up her 4th year at St. Stephen’s. This is the second musical she’s ever done with St. Stephen’s, and she can’t think of any other way to wrap up her last year at SSTX than with this cast and crew. She hopes you enjoy the show!


Chukwuziri (Ziri) Udezue (Ensemble) Ziri acts sometimes, makes things always, and makes noise more than always. An artist at heart, he’s liable to be doing something artistic or consuming art in some form (usually music). He’s just nonchalant like that fr. He’s been on the run for [REDACTED] and is currently plotting [REDACTED] He’s a threat to stability and must be detained. He hopes you enjoy the show.


Annie Ehrlich (Ensemble) Annie is a sophomore, and, after working behind-the-scenes for The Lightning Thief and Clue, is thrilled to be in the cast of Mean Girls! She has enjoyed wearing pink on Wednesdays, letting out her inner zebra, and being part of her very first show choir. She is so glad that you have decided to sit with us and hopes you enjoy this cautionary tale!


Minika Ani (Ensemble) Minika really enjoyed the show. She hopes you enjoy it as much as she did!


Lee Fardal (Ensemble) Lee loves this cast. He hopes you enjoy seeing their mad performance shquillz.


Lia D’arcy (Ensemble) Lia, as a sophomore, is going into her second year in St. Stephen's theater, and she's as excited as ever! She can't wait for you to experience all the humor and cleverness of Mean Girls! Of course, she wants to thank the cast, crew, and the director; well done Ms. Brustein! Lia hopes you enjoy it as much as she enjoyed being a part of it. 


Yoobeen Park (Ensemble) Yoobeen is a sophomore, and he has been a part of the St. Stephen’s Theatre Focus program for two years! He is a new actor who has previously participated in SHIPS, and Mean Girls will be his first musical. He also loves playing with the orchestra!


Rex Lauryssen (Ensemble) Rex is very excited to be a part of another musical at St. Stephen's, and he is so excited for you to see the hard work that everyone has put into this show.


Caroline Carper (Ensemble) Caroline is so excited to have the opportunity to perform in the St. Stephen's production of Mean Girls. She is currently a junior and has been participating in Chrysalis, but this is her first theater production. She has had a lot of fun with her castmates and learning the ins and outs of singing and acting while also dancing. She hopes you enjoy the show!


Kimberly Grace Kyles (Ensemble) Kimberly is a ninth grade boarding student from Houston, TX, and is excited to be a part of the first musical of her high school career! She looks forward to many more shows and hopes that you will enjoy Mean Girls as much as she does! Special thanks to Mom and Dad for believing in her, to her brother John for always keeping her on her toes, and to her friends for keeping the smile on her face!


Jolie Stough (Ensemble) Jolie Stough is a junior and is super hyped to be a part of her first production, Mean Girls. She would like to say that she is immensely grateful to all the members of production whose welcoming and supportive attitudes have helped her find her confidence and that she would die for all of them ten times over!


Riddhima Singh (Ensemble) Riddhima is thrilled to be part of her third SSTX theater production after playing a gossip in Sense and Sensibility, and costuming for Beauty and the Beast. She hopes you enjoy the ride through the wonderous world of Mean Girls!


Ayla Romm (Ensemble) Ayla, a sophomore, is enjoying her fifth year at St. Stephen’s. She is thrilled to be performing in Mean Girls, which is her very first musical at St. Stephen’s! Ayla has been a part of Chrysalis Dance Company for two years. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, going for runs, and hanging out with friends.


Aaron Gao (Ensemble) Aaron is a freshman who is very excited to take part in his second theater production at St. Stephen's, Mean Girls! He profoundly enjoyed working together with everyone else throughout the rehearsal process and hopes that you will enjoy the performance.


Caelyn Mitchell (Ensemble) Caelyn is a freshman and is so excited to be a part of this year's 2nd production! She has had an amazing time being a part of the ensemble (especially getting to dance again) and can't wait for everyone to see this production!!


Kaylee Hare (Ensemble) Kaylee is enjoying her freshman year at St. Stephen’s, and loves the theater program. She has enjoyed being a part of the Mean Girls ensemble and can’t wait to be part of other productions as she continues her studies at St. Stephen’s. She loves singing, dancing, and her two dachshunds. She hopes you enjoy the show.


Gabby Lassalle (Ensemble) Gabby is a junior, and this is the second show she has been in. She is super excited to be able to dance, sing, and act in the musical Mean Girls. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, cheering, and reading. She has really enjoyed working on Mean Girls this year with the cast, and she hopes you all enjoy taking part in this amazing show! :)


Shannon Lynch (Costumes) Shannon is a senior and is bittersweetly finishing her 16th and final show with Spartan theater. She is honored to have been in this community for 7 years, in Theater Focus for 4, and can't think of a place she would've rather been. She would like to give a thank you to the company, but especially Mrs. Oberle for sticking with her. She hopes you enjoy her final show! 


Hanniyah Khan (Head of Props) Hanniyah is a freshman at St. Stephen's and is very excited to work on her second upper school show!! She did props while in middle school theater at St. Stephen's and has had a great time going back through the prop closet and seeing all the old props!! She hopes you enjoy the show!


Ali Castanon (Hair and Makeup) Ali is a senior finishing up her 7th year at St. Stephen’s (yikes). She has worked on various shows since coming to St. Stephen’s, usually working on costuming. This is her last show here, and she’d like to thank everyone who has made theater so fun! She has a burn book.


Susannah Alter (Head of Costuming) Susannah is thrilled to be leading costumes in her fifth show. She has absolutely loved working to build and design the costumes, and the cast and crew have been an amazing group of people to work with. She hopes you enjoy the show!


Nisa Tyabji (Spotlight) Nisa is a freshman who is new to St. Stephens. She is doing the spotlight for today's show. In middle school, she participated in many musicals and shows and hopes you enjoy our production of Mean Girls :)


Edison Leigh (Mic Wrangler) Edison is a current sophomore and is excited to be participating in his first Upper School show. He spends his free time reading, making and solving puzzles, and playing games with his family and friends. He hopes that you enjoy the show!


Jennifer Liu (Props) Jennifer is a freshman and is very happy to be finishing her 1st year at St. Stephen's. In her free time, she enjoys dancing ballet, learning the violin, drawing, reading fantasy romance, and practicing the 古筝. She has really enjoyed working in the prop crew this year and would like to thank Hanniyah, Scarlett, and Stacia for the teamwork and beautiful memories made while working together. She hopes that everyone will appreciate her paintings and props (like the lip painting). 


Stacia Yu (Props) Stacia is a sophomore. This is her first St. Stephen’s show, and she has had a great time working on props for the past months! She likes reading dystopian fantasy books and enjoys contemplating life. She hopes you love the show!


Scarlett Ratcliff (Props) Scarlett is a 9th grader at St. Stephen's. She is very excited to be working with the props crew for her first upper school show! She has done a lot of theater shows in middle school here and has been loving working in props so far. Scarlett hopes that you love the show as much as she does.


Lauren Geller (Costumes) Lauren is a freshman who has been doing theater at St. Stephen’s since middle school, and this is her first year on costume crew. In her free time, she plays volleyball and is in the Chorale at St. Stephen’s. Lauren has really enjoyed her first year on costuming and would love to do it again! She would like to thank Mrs. Oberle and Ms. Brustein!


Lainey Leslie (Lights) Lainey is super excited to run lights for the second time in her theater career! She knows that this show is going to be absolutely incredible, and she's excited for you all to see the incredible talent of all the performers. It's going to be a blast!


Evy Langdon (Asst. Director/Coach Carr) Evy is so incredibly thrilled to have borne witness to the creation of this magical show! Her first experience assistant directing was nothing short of rewarding. Though the soundtrack app was the bane of her existence, she will always be grateful for these amazing people and the time she spent counting them off. God bless Tina Fey!


Mai Sakakibara (Spotlight) Mai is an exchange student from Japan this year. She is very excited to be a part of this wonderful musical at St. Stephen’s as a spotlight operator. She hopes to do her best to make the musical even better. She hopes everyone will have a great time.


Raleigh Munyon (Stage Manager) Raleigh is a 10th grader in her fifth year of stage managing SSTX theater. She is ecstatic for this show to finally have an audience and get the laughs it deserves, not just Ms. Brustein's. She would like to thank the entire cast and crew for the long hours they put in. Let's do this thang!!


Rebecca Cole (Costumes) Two years ago, Rebecca told Jack Garcia that she would do anything to costume Mean Girls. Well, she finally got her wish, and it’s everything she hoped for and more. She hopes you find the costumes as “fetch” as she does!


Sehva Faulkner (Asst. Stage Manager) Sehva is a sophomore this year, and this is her third production so far! She loved working with the cast and hopes you enjoy the show.


Justine Jeong (Hair and Makeup) Justine is a freshman and is finishing up her first year at St. Stephen’s! This is her first time participating in a musical, but she is really excited to be involved in such a wonderful production. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, drawing, and watching movies and musicals. She is honored to help with the second production of this year, and she will do her best to make this play as imposing as the first play she saw from St. Stephen’s, which moved her heart.


Temperance Darden (Head of Hair and Makeup) Heyyy! Temperance is absolutely thrilled to be part of the show this year. With a few years of experience in hairstyling under her belt, she's recently delved into the world of makeup as well. Collaborating with Justine to lend expertise to the show is something she's truly excited about!


Gemma Willy (Sound) Hi Evy! Gemma is very excited to be running sound on another St. Stephen’s production. She is very proud of the hard work everyone has put into this show and hopes you enjoy it as much as she does!
