FAQ for Participants

Registration fess are full subsidised for all MOE attendees. As resources have already been allocated for the event, it is the school's responsibility to appoint a replacement if the participant is unable to attend. Staff must register with their official email account to qualify for full subsidy.

Participants are to register through our registration form on TicketTailor.

Please sign up for 1 Session A event and 1 Session B event. 

Session

• Our Tech Summit comprises of 2 Sessions. 

  • Session A: 1140-1240 hours

  • Session B: 1400 - 1500 hours

Each Session consists of Breakouts, Workshops and Spotlights. 

Breakout

• 60 minute deep dive with hands-on approach, conducted by MOE educators

• Accommodate around 22 participants. Close signup when limit reached

• Some popular Breakouts may be asked to repeat across Sessions A and B

• Due to anticipated demand, some Breakouts will repeat across Sessions A and B. Do not register for a repeat Breakout if you have already attended it in Session A. 

Workshop

• Workshops are technical deep dives for mastering certain digital tools and platforms. 

• Each Workshop will repeat across Sessions A and B. Do not register for a repeat Workshop if you have already attended it in Session A. 

• There are 3 Workshops with varying sizes due to equipment support

  • Workshop 1: max 15 pax

  • Workshop 2: max 20 pax

  • Workshop 3: max 20 pax

Spotlight

• Spotlights can accommodate up to 50 participants due to high engagement

• Each Spotlight to repeat across Sessions A and B. Do not register for a repeat Spotlight if you have already attended it in Session A. 

  • Spotlight 1 (Dr Nurulfajar): AR / VR in schools

  • Spotlight 2 (Lee Kahhow): AI Workflow for productivity

• Charge your laptop / tablet - get busy working with the resources shared by the presenters during the sessions.

• Dive in - Our sessions are designed to be highly interactive, so do try your hand at whatever is on offer for a fully immerseive learning experience. 

• Network - expand your professional learning community by talking to different educators.

• Step out - we recommend attending one session within your subject area and one session outside your comfort zone. You never know what fresh ideas you can bring back to your classroom!
