My name is Andrea Frazier. I have a Bacholor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University and have taught first, second and third grade in Baltimore County. I have been blessed to be part of St. Stephen School for 9 years. Mrs. Grimes and I work together to make a fun-loving, educational and safe environment. We can't wait to teach your child this school year!
