The Student Success Network Improvement Lab is a learning-by-doing program designed to build capacity in network organizations to improve. Each Lab is designed around a focus the Network has identified as relevant and important towards equitable student outcomes. The focus will drive what types of organizations (e.g. afterschool, technical training, wrap-around supports, work-based learning providers) sign up, as well as which roles (e.g. advisors, mentors, coaches, supervisors) are represented. Over several months, youth-serving staff and leaders engage in network gatherings, planning and testing with teams from their organization, and regular coaching to support them in improvement cycles.
