Physicals need to be turned in ASAP and are valid for one year.
Physicals should be available through your child's doctor or at other locations including for about $44 at the MinuteClinic at CVS- more info here
All information regarding family and season fee caps as well as fee waivers is included in the document.
$100 is due by our first game on Thursday, August 21.
Checks should be made payable to SSLCS NOT to Band Boosters.
