Q: Will the students have mask breaks?

A: Yes, we will have breaks throughout the day to remove our masks and grab some fresh air. All students will have opportunities to remove their masks daily at lunch and recess. Mrs. Fedak, Miss Demers, and I also plan to go outside in the morning and afternoon to take a mask break. Students will still be required to stay six feet apart during these mask breaks.

Q; Will my child be learning in a "live learning" environment?

A: If you mean are the teachers alive, yes. Although Mr. Kinser does not move as gracefully as he used to. If you are talking about being "live" online and teaching to the hybrid and remote learners at the same time, the answer is no. There are several variables that make teaching "live" difficult. We will meet, via Google Meet, with our remote learners on Wednesdays to check in and answer questions or provide additional remediation. We also plan to meet with the hybrid learners on Wednesdays as well.
