I hope you had a fun and relaxing summer! I’m looking forward to seeing everyone back and getting the school year started.

My name is Megan Rodriguez, and I am the School Counselor at Brookside Intermediate School. For the past seven years, I have had the privilege of supporting our students and families.

My goal is to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. I meet with students individually and in small groups to address topics such as friendships, study skills, self-esteem, and other challenges that may impact learning. I also provide classroom guidance lessons and collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to best meet students' needs.

I am grateful to be part of the Brookside community and look forward to continuing to support our students as they learn, grow, and thrive.
