Culinary Fundamentals is a prerequisite for Global Foods. In this course students learn basic knife handling skills, how to read a recipe, measuring and equivalent techniques and cooking from scratch. It is my goal to instill a love for cooking and the basic knowledge required to be able to cook anything they would like to independently from this class.
Along with the culinary classes, Human Development is another favorite of mine! Together we look at how we as humans develop, grow and change throughout our life cycle, influences on our growth and development, healthy relationships and personal safety.
