-Practice Days are Monday - Thursday from 3:30 - 5:00pm- Unless Notified of a Cancellation

-Athletes must have a Current physical form/Insurance Form Filled Out. 

-We will be hosting the Steamboat Track Meet on Saturday May 3rd (9am - 4pm) and we will need approximately 50 parent volunteers. Please plan on helping all day!
