Hello the delegates of DISEC! This is Yeonseon Kim, who will be serving as your head chair of the 2025 SSISMUN DISEC. I’m currently attending the Korean International School of Ho Chi Minh as an 11th grader. I have attended a total of 5 conferences, and this is my 3rd time chairing this conference. Although it is not my first time, I’m still nervous about it and thank SSIS for inviting us. It is a great honor! Since DISEC is a beginner committee, PLEASE never hesitate to ask any questions to the chairs, and note that making mistakes during the debate times is not at all an embarrassing situation. Hi delegates, my name is Aaron Law, and I will be your deputy chair for DISEC of SSISMUN 2025. I am in 11th grade and a student of SSIS. I have attended 5 conferences so far as a delegate, but this conference will be my first time chairing, so please correct me on any procedural mistakes I might make. My hobbies are playing video games, eating good food, and sleeping (a rare luxury these days). I also have pet chickens and am interested in pursuing business in the future. If you have any questions, just ask us chairs and we will definitely help you out. I’m looking forward to meeting you all soon!
