About us

Stinson Municipal Airport - San Antonio, Texas

Why did this project get started?

Service to the community is the premise of our rigors in quality management. Quality is a reciprocal function stemming from human relationships. When you care for those you work with and empower team members to be creative while exercising fiduciary responsibility then exquisite service becomes a natural bi-product of caring human relationships.

Our Core Values

Compassion

Along with our passion to succeed and prosper as a team and as a business, we reach out to express our genuine care and responsibility for one another and our community.

Competence

We demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in our community and individual endeavors.

Communication

We commit to thoughtful and effective ways to openly ensure positive and transparent communication through unsurpassed customer service, to grow long-term successful relationships.

Courage

We empower ourselves as a team and as individuals through small and large acts of courage in our everyday work and at more challenging moments of uncertainty, without fear of failure or the desire to stick with the status quo.

Commitment

We are determined to achieve our shared vision, mission and strategic objectives  together. This dedication to a common purpose stands behind our commitments to customers, community and one another.

What impact is your project having?

The cafe space is an extension of the community work being done in and around Stinson Municipal Airport through aviation enrichment and workforce development programs. We are partnering with Ready to Work SA and Alamo Workforce Solution to offer jobs that extend beyond food service. The programs of Ready to Work SA and Alamo Workforce Solution allow us to train and credential our employees with skills that are universal and common to many industries. The  skill sets we seek to foster include communication, information system management, marketing, business acumen, bookkeeping, human resource management, and project management.
