Veracross at SSFS

Veracross is a fully integrated school information management system that connects administrators, teachers, students, and parents/guardians. The Veracross Portal allows parents/guardians and students to view schedules and report cards, access families and faculty directories, change personal information with the school, communicate with teachers and re-enroll online.

How Do I find...

How do I find my schedules?

Once logged in to Veracross, there is a tab for My Children, that tab has a link to Daily Schedule. Click the View Schedule Button for detailed instructions.

How do I find Calendars?

Daily Schedule: You can "subscribe" to your student's schedule.

How do I find people?

How do I find my student's report card?

How do I notify the School about my child's absence?

Once logged in to Veracross, there is a tab for My Children, that tab has a link to Request Attendance Change. You can select which date, and if you have more than one child at SSFS, the child needs updating. (Details @ SSFS.org).

How do I register my student for the bus? Extended days?

Bus registration: From the Parent Portal, there is a link on the right-hand side, "Buss Route Schedule". A page will open for sign-up and registration. Video link walk-through.
Extended Days
- Kids After Hours & Lower School: Lower School after-school service is independently run by Kids After Hours. Families can sign up directly on the KAH Website. Families will first need to register for an account. After that simply search for the school year, the location, and register! KAH Main Office 301-933-6888
