Welcome to Mrs. McDevitt's 8th Grade Global Studies and 6th Grade Minnesota Studies!
I am super excited to be starting my first year as a Stewartville Tiger! I have spent the last 14 years teaching in Winona in grades ranging from 2nd to 8th.
I received my bachelors degree in education from Winona State University in 2009 as a none traditional student; before that I had been a nurse. I then went on to get my masters degree in literacy education from Hamline University.
When I'm not busy with school I love hanging out with my my husband, my three adult sons (and wives), and especially my two grandsons, Logan and Lincoln. I also love cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Chicago Bears.
