How are hotel rooms assigned?
Students and parents will work together to build their own rooms. Each student will be asked to find 3 other students to room with unless they are rooming with a parent. More info will come out on this after Feb 14th.
Do parents have to room with their student?
Parents do not have to room with their students. Parents can choose to room with their student, with other parents, or along. The price will reflect this.
Can parents fly home from DC?
Yes. However, travelers are responsible for the cost and arrangements.
How many dress outfits are needed?
Two "fancier" outfits are needed. One for the night of the play, and one for the riverboat cruise.
What is the cancellation policy?
If a reservation is canceled by the traveler, the following penalties will apply:
Deposit Date to Feb 22: Deposit will be refunded minus $50 service fee
Feb 23-May 8: Entire deposit will be forfeited
After May 8th: Full price of tour will be forfeited.
Can we make larger payments than are due? Or can I make extra smaller payments?
Yes! This is a new feature of the new website for those of you that have gone prior.
If I do fundraising and I decide to not go on the trip, where do my fundraising dollars go?
If you are no longer going on the trip, your fundraising dollars will go to the general trip fund.
Can family members donate without participating in fundraisers?
Yes! This is another new feature on the WeTravel website. Please contact Legacy if you have questions about this.
Should a bring cash or card?
With the world going to more of a "cashless" model, it may be a good idea to look into a prepaid cash card or debit card. It would also be a good idea also bring some cash along with you.
