Renewing Hope for Kids Scholarship. For individuals with special needs with a medical diagnosis, and/or active IEP attending transition program/trade school/college, or the individual OF A SIBLING OR FAMILY MEMBER with special needs with a medical diagnosis, and/or active IEP, who will be attending transition program/trade school/college.
POET Bioprocessing Scholarship due March 16, 2026. Open to graduating high school seniors enrolled for the upcoming fall semester in any two- or four-year post-secondary school pursuing careers in STEM (non-medical/non-veterinary), business, mechanical trades, or Ag.
ACM/CSTA Cutler-Bell Prize in High School Computing due March 18, 2026. Must be planning to pursue computer science or a related field after graduation.
Kelvin Niemeyer Memorial Scholarship due March 31, 2026. For those pursuing a post-secondary education in a field related to land management, wildlife, nature, or habitat conservation, or is involved in conservation, outdoor minded organizations, or other nonprofits (4H, High School Trap teams, National Wild Turkey Federation, etc)
Sons of Norway, Kristiania Lodge 1-047 Scholarship due March 31, 2026.
Pleasant Grove Masons Scholarship due March 31, 2026. Copies available in the Counseling Office.
RCTC OAKS Scholarship - You must be nominated by a teacher, coach, counselor, friend, parent, employer or other community member. This scholarship support students who overcome significant adversity to have the opportunity to pursue a college education. Nominations due March 31, 2026
Root River Antique Historical Power Association Scholarship due April 1, 2026. For those taking agricultural-related courses.
Les & Karen Tlougan Band Scholarship due April 1, 2026. Graduating seniors that have completed four years of high school band.
Rochester Area Foundation (Stewartville Public Schools Scholarships) due April 5, 2026.
Wyatt M. Coy Memorial Scholarship through RAF due April 5, 2026. For students who are interested in further education in a field involving helping others with mental health challenges.
Girls on the Run Minnesota Mary C. Uran Scholarship due April 6, 2026. Must be a Girls on the Run MN alum that has participated in at least one season of Girls on the Run or Heart & Sole.
Rochester Eagles #2228 Aerie Scholarship due April 7, 2026.
Eagles #2228 Women's Auxiliary Scholarship due April 7, 2026. Recipient must have a Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Stepmother or Legal Guardian who is a member in good standing for one year of Auxiliary 2228.
Olmsted County Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life Scholarship due April 13, 2026.
Stewartville Kiwanis Scholarship due April 15, 2026. Given to students who best exemplify Kiwanis ideals of community service and leadership.
2026 Combined Scholarship Application for Stewartville American Legion Ivan Stringer Post #164 General Scholarship, Citizenship Award and Prescher-Kumm VFW Post #8980 due April 15, 2026.
Stewartville Tiger Scholarship due April 17, 2026. The Stewartville Tiger Need-Based Scholarship Fund has been established by generous donors concerned with outstanding students who have financial or other needs that may present barriers to access for higher education. Eligible students must be a current senior enrolled at Stewartville Public Schools with financial need or who have experienced a family hardship. Specific criteria to be considered also include academic achievement, leadership, and good citizenship. Apply through Rochester Area Foundation.
Stewartville United Educators Teachers Supporting Teachers Scholarship due April 17, 2026. Must be a graduating senior from Stewartville High School, planning to enroll in the College of Education for one or more of the following areas: early-child education (pre-k), elementary education, secondary education, or special education, with a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average.
Stewartville Sportsman's Club Mitch Kidd Memorial Scholarship due April 17, 2026. For those pursuing an education in environmental or animal sciences, natural resources or agricultural fields and have actively participated in an area conservation program.
Glenn & Arvilla Reichel Scholarship due April 17, 2026. Seniors who intend to further their education in the field of construction management, a construction-related field or business, with preference on construction management.

Olmsted County Bar Association Christopher White Memorial Scholarship due May 15, 2026. This scholarship is available to Olmsted County high school seniors who aspire to contribute to the legal field. The legal field is not limited to attorneys, but also includes a wide array of careers such as paralegals, social workers, and law enforcement officers.
Minnesota Association of Townships Scholarship due June 1, 2026. For Juniors that reside in a Minnesota township.

Free Financial Aid Events and Scholarship Opportunity for Minnesota Students
To support local high schools with their financial aid efforts, the College Planning Series will again be offered to students and families this fall. Between Sept 30–Nov 18, six Zoom sessions will cover the college application process, general financial aid information, details on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), the Minnesota Dream Act for undocumented students,and other ways to pay for college. All sessions will have simultaneous interpretation in Spanish, Somali and Hmong.
Experts from local colleges will be available during the events to answer questions in the chat. Students who attend or watch a session recording will be eligible to win a $1000 scholarship (two available). Registration is open now for families on the Ready, Set, FAFSA! website.
