9 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE REFERENDUM

UNLOCKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL STUDENTS

Our community is investing in schools, and every student can benefit! The exciting projects in this vote will make a positive impact for every student from early childhood education to high school.

SAFETY FIRST, ALWAYS

Over 80% of our community agrees – safety, health, and security come first. This referendum ensures secure entryways at every school and healthy learning environment for all students.

SEIZE THE SAVINGS

Inflation and rising costs are a reality, but here's the scoop: by investing now, we save money in the long run. Waiting just costs more. Having grades K-2 and 3-5 in close proximity creates efficiencies for families and staff.

COMMUNITY-POWERED PRIORITIES

Our school district has many needs, but this referendum hones in on what matters most. Health, safety, updated learning spaces for our students and our staff – it's what our community wants and expects.

BRIGHT BEGINNINGS AT BONNER

Early education is extremely important! Creating an early childhood center at Bonner puts our students ahead of the curve, preparing them for success, and we are prepared if and when the State mandates these programs.

READY FOR ANYTHING

Our community envisions bright futures for our students, whether that’s college or careers after high school. That's why we're upgrading middle and high school spaces for awesome learning: think cool science and culinary arts labs, hands-on learning spots, STEAM magic, and life skills know-how.

QUALITY EDUCATION FOR ALL

Every student deserves the best. This referendum doesn't stop at the basics – it's about boosting special education too, so all students can thrive.

FROM CENTRAL TO BONNER

Central Education Center has served an essential purpose over time. Moving Early Childhood programs and the District Office to Bonner creates a healthier, safer experience for students and staff and saves money on operations and maintenance costs. Win-win!

A BOOST FROM BEYOND

Students from other districts open enrolling brings more than just friendships – it funds our specialty and advanced learning programs too! And don't worry, we're keeping things balanced so it doesn't mess with our budget - we only open enroll students into classrooms that have existing space.
