Mindful Mondays

Through research on Mindfulness education, there is evidence that teaching Mindfulness to students...

-Promotes empathy and optimism

-Helps regulate emotions and stressors

-Improves impulse control

-Improves focus and attention

All elementary students will have the opportunity to start learning about and practicing Mindfulness through a new program that I am introducing this year, titled "Mindful Mondays". Students will be learning the basics of Mindful Breathing, Mindful Listening, Mindful Visualizing and Mindful Bodies. Check out the preview below!
