Linvilla Social Coordinator
Collect forms and ticket money, purchase snacks (expense to be reimbursed by PIMS), and recruit volunteers for a hayride and bonfire at Linvilla Orchards for music students in grades 6-8.
Pretzel Sales Fundraiser Coordinator
Coordinate volunteers for pretzel sales each week at ETR on Friday mornings (7 - 7:45 a.m.).
Poinsettias Fundraiser Coordinator
Organize the sale, recruit volunteers, and distribute pre-ordered poinsettias (typically scheduled the week after Thanksgiving at ETR after school).
Geraniums Fundraiser Coordinator
Organize the sale, recruit volunteers, and distribute pre-ordered geraniums. Coordinate unloading the early morning delivery truck, sort flowers, and fill orders.

Concerts – Candy Sales*
Purchase candy (expense to be reimbursed by PIMS) and recruit a few volunteers to help sell candy at winter and spring concerts.
Concerts – Chaperone Coordinator*
Create Signup Genius forms to recruit chaperones and volunteers for the winter and spring concerts to assist with monitoring the students when backstage and in the auditorium and lining up the students before their performance.
Concert Programs *
Type, fold, and assemble concert programs for Winter and Spring concerts.
Concert Posters
Create posters featuring the music students for the music hallway leading up to the concerts.
Concert Decorations
Help to setup stage decorations for winter and spring concerts. Decorations already exist, but a small budget is available to anyone wanting to be creative.
Concert Photography *
Take photos of the music students for the PIMS website prior to and during the Winter and Spring concerts.

Concert Shirt Laundering
Collect the Middle School Concert shirts from the school and launder. Return the laundered shirts to the school.
8th Grade Recognition
Help serve a recognition luncheon towards the end of the school year for the 8th Grade music students.
Poinsettia Fundraiser Distribution
Help unload the poinsettia delivery truck, sort flowers and fill orders, typically scheduled the first week of December at ETR after school. Just an hour of your time is needed
