HOW TO PARTICIPATE

There are a number of ways to be active in the Home & School Association. If you are interested in helping out for a particular event or can commit to a larger role, more information is available below. 

One-Time SignUps

Throughout the year, there are countless one-time opportunities to volunteer to support our activities by volunteering time to set up/work/clean up events, provide baked goods, and donate time/skills. These opportunities will be made available via Sign-Up Genius forms on this site and through the CougarPaws page.

Coordinator Positions

Each year, Coordinator positions need to be filled to help plan and facilitate our activities in order for them to be successful. At the beginning of the school year, we reach out to our members at Back-to-School night, email, and online to find volunteers for these positions. 

Executive Board

Each year, a new volunteer Executive Board is voted in during a monthly meeting. Any member is eligible to be on the board. A member can submit their own name or make a recommendation of another member by using the Submission form available.
