This was posted for learning expectations for Monday, June 1st through Friday, June 5th.

Learning Expectations:

Monday 6/1:

1. iReady: Spend 15 minutes on iReady Reading (work on the next lesson that shows up on your learning path).

2. StoryWorks

   1. Read “A Recipe For Disaster” on StoryWorks

   2. Complete the Vocabulary Google Form. Submit the form and then go to the google classroom assignment and hit “Turn In” or “Mark As Done”

3. Brainstorm for your memoir writing. Decide if you will be doing a written story or a comic. Your brainstorm can be an outline, a storyboard, choosing one of your writing pieces and begin elaborating on it. Please see the assignment in Google Classroom. All documents you will need are available in the assignment.

Tuesday 6/2:

1. iReady:

   1. Spend 15 minutes on iReady Reading (work on the next lesson that shows up on your learning path).

2. Begin your memoir piece. You can start writing your piece or finalize your storyboard.

Wednesday 6/3:

1. iReady:

   1. Spend 15 minutes on iReady Reading (work on the next lesson that shows up on your learning path).

2. Finish your memoir piece. Add your drawings if you are doing a comic. Proofread your work.

Thursday 6/4:

1. iReady: Spend 15 minutes on iReady Reading (work on the next lesson that shows up on your learning path).

2. Zoom Socials

Friday 6/5:

• Today is your “Catch-up” day. Use this time to make sure you have completed:

  • 30 minutes or 2 iReady ELA Lessons

  • Complete your memoir
