Throughout the year, your child will bring home different stuffed animals to read to. Each student gets to keep the animal for a week, before returning it to school on Monday morning. (Keep the buddy from a Monday afternoon, to the following Monday morning.)
Each buddy will be in a bag and will have a journal with it. Please complete an entry in the journal, telling us what you did with the buddy. If you want to include a photo of your activity, that is great too!
We will share the journal on Monday mornings. We will continue the cycle until everyone has had a turn.
The bag will come with books about your buddy as well. If you have time, please read these together!
