PARENT BOOK CLUB INFO:
Two Book:s were chosen for the 2018-2019 School Year. The 1st book is Untangled: Guiding Girls Through the Seven Transitions Into Adulthood which will be read September through December. The 2nd book is Masterminds and Wingmen: Helping Our Boys Cope with Schoolyard Power, Locker-Room Tests, Girlfriends, and the New Rules of Boy World which will be read January through April. The book club meets in the LMC at 6pm right before the H&S meetings.
Review the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) information and complete the online form.
Complete step 1 by Wednesday, August 29th, and students can receive their electronic devices on the first day of school.

ETR is participating in a new supply program with Yubbler.com this year. When you order your school supplies through Yubbler.com, the ETR H&S will receive 50% of the profits. All you have to do is order your supplies by August 10th to get them by the 1st day of school. The supplies will be delivered directly to your home - there will be no more school pickups. Update for 8th Grade Parents: The High School Course Selection Meeting is at 7:00 on 2/19 at ETR. This important meeting led by high school administrators will help you understand the high school courses and graduation requirements. The Academy Fair is an informal presentation from 7:00-9:00 on 2/11 at SHS explaining the high school’s smaller themed learning communities (selected at the end of 10th grade). You can talk with teachers at this fair from the 5 academies-Art, STEM, Liberal Arts, Humanities, Business (link below). There is a meeting on 2/26 at 7:00 at SHS for parents of 8th graders interested in playing high school football.
